CultureLuxe by Jonelle is a private travel curation experience. By moving forward with a booking, you agree to the following terms:

Planning Fee 

A non-refundable $100 planning fee is required to initiate the curation process. This fee is due upon our decision to move forward together and applies to the client who initiates the experience — regardless of whether they ultimately travel.

For client group experiences, each additional traveler will submit their $100 planning fee at the time of their deposit.

For signature group experiences hosted by CultureLuxe by Jonelle, the $100 planning fee is due at the time of reservation.

The planning fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Booking & Payment 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. All prices are quoted in USD. Payment may be made via credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal where available. All payments are processed through a secure credit card form and remitted directly to the applicable supplier. CultureLuxe by Jonelle does not hold client funds.

Cancellations & Refunds 

Signature group experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage every traveler to carefully consider their commitment before reserving their place.
For privately designed itineraries, cancellation and refund terms may vary based on third-party supplier policies. You will be informed of any specific variations during the planning process.

Group Experience Pricing

Land packages are priced based on double occupancy. A single supplement rate applies for solo room arrangements. International airfare is not included unless otherwise specified and must be arranged separately.

Trip Modifications 

CultureLuxe by Jonelle reserves the right to modify or cancel any experience due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative experience, credit, or refund as determined by supplier terms.

Travel Insurance 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler. Coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings ensures your peace of mind before, during, and after your journey. CultureLuxe by Jonelle offers insurance options for every client. Clients who decline coverage assume full responsibility for any associated risks or expenses.

Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including passports, visas, and vaccinations applicable to their destination.

Health & Safety 

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically prepared for the activities included in their experience. CultureLuxe by Jonelle is not liable for health issues or injuries that arise during travel.

Liability 

CultureLuxe by Jonelle is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, or for accidents or injuries sustained during any experience.

Photography & Video 

CultureLuxe by Jonelle may use photographs or videos captured during group experiences for promotional purposes. By booking a signature group experience, travelers consent to this use.

Updates to These Terms 

CultureLuxe by Jonelle reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Third-party suppliers may maintain their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated during the planning process.
