Booking and Payment
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received at minimum 60 days days prior to the trip departure date.
Payments can be made via credit card and in some cases Apple Pay and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD.
Cancellations and Refunds
For CultureLuxe by Jonelle Signature Tours, the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment and confirm their intention to participate in the trip before making a reservation.
For custom-designed trips for clients, the cancellation and refund policy may vary due to third-party suppliers. Clients will be informed of any specific variations or additional considerations related to the policies of these suppliers during the trip planning process.
CultureLuxe by Jonelle Exclusive Tours
A non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure your reservation.
Land tour packages are priced based on double occupancy. If you prefer a single room, you will be responsible for covering the additional single supplement rate.
International airfare may not be included and must be purchased separately by all clients.
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance.
While significant changes are not anticipated, the trip itinerary is subject to change.
Please note that there may be extra fees associated with payment plans, airfare bookings, and other optional services.
Trip Modifications
CultureLuxe by Jonelle reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.
In such instances, clients will be presented with a range of options, including an alternative trip, partial or full credit, and in some cases a refund, contingent upon the terms and conditions established by the respective trip supplier working with CultureLuxe by Jonelle.
It is strongly advised that clients secure travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly advised and should be secured by clients to provide coverage for unexpected situations, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
CultureLuxe by Jonelle offers travel insurance for every client. Clients have the option to decline insurance coverage but will be solely responsible for any associated risks, losses, or expenses incurred during the trip.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
Clients are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the destinations visited, as well as any instructions given by the trip leaders or guides.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for assessing their fitness level and ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the activities included in the trip.
CultureLuxe by Jonelle is not responsible for any health issues or injuries that may arise during the trip.
Liability
CultureLuxe by Jonelle is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip, and CultureLuxe by Jonelle is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Photographs and Videos
CultureLuxe by Jonelle retains the right to utilize any photographs or videos captured during the trip for promotional purposes.
By booking a signature group trip with CultureLuxe by Jonelle, clients hereby consent to the use of their pictures for promotional activities.
Miscellaneous
CultureLuxe by Jonelle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion, and participants will be informed of any alterations.
Additionally, please note that trip suppliers may have their own set of terms and conditions.
